• Receive a discount on a massage on your birthday.

This is a recurring charge. When you first sign up, your form of payment will be charged monthly for the membership. You can cancel at any time before the next month’s charge. Please note that you must cancel 5 days before the next billing month. No refunds will be given for any reason for this membership. If you cancel, you must wait three months to rejoin the membership. You will lose all the perks that the membership offers when canceling. A form will be signed stating that you know the recurring monthly charges to your form of payment. You are responsible for any chargebacks that may occur from your credit card or form of payment if not canceled through my scheduler. You are given one month to use unused massage sessions you paid for. Otherwise, they will not be available for you to use. No refunds will be given or credits.
