• Payment must be made in advance for phone or video meetings, but it can be made at the time of the session for in-person appointments.

•  In-person sessions are located at my office in Sarasota by appointment only. 7717 Holiday Drive, Sarasota

• Your choice of video chat, reading, or phone reading.  Please specify the time of your choice of scheduling. 

• Once you schedule the appointment, if you choose a video meeting, I will send you a Google Meet link. You do not need Google Meet to join if you are using a regular computer. If you are using your phone, you will need to download the app. Make sure your microphone and video/camera is working. If you are late for your appointment, you will only receive the remaining time of the session. No refunds if you can not connect. The rest of the appointment will be by phone.

• Please note that if, by chance and beyond my control, the video conferencing does not work, phone reading will replace it.

• If you choose phone reading at your appointment time, call me at 941-320-2687‍ ‍

• Enhance your session by adding a Reiki or Intuitive healing session to your in-person reading.

• Enhance your phone session with a long-distance healing session.

Cancellation and disclaimer

There is a cancellation requirement for receiving a refund. For all canceled appointments, 24 hours’ notice is required to receive a full refund. No full refund will be issued if canceled within 24 hours. Cancellation must be made through email at carla@carlamary.net, text at 941-320-2687, or call at 941-320-2687. There are no exceptions. Carla Mary reserves the right to refuse service to individuals. No refunds are given for services rendered.
