Chakra healing, clearing and empowering guided imagery meditation with sound healing.

Saturday, July 18th 3 pm Cost $20

At the start of the class, I will lead a meditation and open everyone's chakras to ensure that all participants receive the maximum benefits from the healing session. Then, I will guide the group through a deeply relaxing technique to help them enter a profound state of relaxation.

In the guided imagery meditation, I will guide you through each chakra to heal and enhance them. During the session, each person can decide whether to do hands-on healing for themselves or follow the meditation for the healing.

At the end of the session, I will clear everyone's energy with singing bowls and a selenite wand/stick, finishing by closing the chakras again.

Receiving your intuitive information by touching objects

This class is designed to help you learn how to receive information from objects.  The objects can be anything from personal items, pictures, crystals, just to name a few.

In this class, you will experience the following:

Getting into a deep state to be open to your intuitive mind.

Learn about psychic touch, also known as psychometry, and how to use it.

Experience exercises on using this technique

Experimenting with objects brought into class to share.

Please bring objects to the class for everyone to explore, but do not let anyone know who they belong to. Items to bring include jewelry, pictures, letters, etc. Also, have objects you know that may have impressions/energies from another. You will also learn to feel crystals to experience their energy.  Please bring them in a bag that no one else can see, as this is important for getting intuitive responses.

This is a class where all can do hands-on work, and everyone must participate. This class is for all levels.  This class will be fun and lighthearted for everyone. 

Learning and healing the chakras

  In this class, you will find ways to heal and empower the chakras in many different ways.
  
  The chakra system, sometimes called the energy system, consists of 7 major chakras. Each chakra has important associations with our overall well-being. They govern our organs, emotions, how we process things, our spiritual thinking, and our psychic development.
  
  This class is designed to teach you an easy-to-understand look at each of the 7 major chakras.  You will find ways to assist yourself in healing and development.
  
  For those who do healing work on self or others, you will be learning more ways to incorporate into your healing practice.
  
  In class we will be:

• going over each of the chakras ~ basic information on the location, color, qualities that it contains; negative and positive.

• crystals that relate to each chakra

• essential oils to use in healing and developing

• mantras and sounds associated with each

• meditation
  

Everyone who attends must participate.  You will be given samples of essential oils for the chakras, a 7-piece chakra crystal set, and a handout to take home about the chakras and what we discussed.

You will experience guided meditation on healing the chakras with a mini sound healing.

Please note the following information when attending my classes:

I reserve the right to refuse attendance of individuals I feel do not fit in the class or for any reason.

I do not allow those who are negative or disrespectful of others.
Do not attend my classes if you are sick or coughing, etc.. Coughing, even if it’s from allergies, will interrupt others' meditation.
I do have a minimum to have classes. If the minimum is not met, I will refund the class fee.
I do require a 48-hour cancellation notice to receive a refund. I do charge credit card fees and meet-up fees to the refund. If a 48-hour notice is not given, there is no refund.
All classes are prepaid.
Space is limited, RSVP is required, and no drop-ins.
You will need to arrive before class time. The class starts at that time. If you are late, no entry is allowed because the class has started, and I do not interrupt or start it over.
No soliciting your business or other businesses at or during my classes.
Everyone who attends my classes will sign a release form. Contact me for more information.
There is no recording of the classes or events.
I do not allow cell phones or personal belongings (purses, bags, etc.) in the class. Please leave them at home or in your car. If you need to have a cell phone with you at all times, the classes are not for you. It will interrupt the class. No exceptions.
No animals/pets allowed
No vaping or smoking in the class/office.
Do not attend if you have been drinking or intoxicated of any type. You will be asked to leave.
