Mental body

The third layer of the auric field is the mental body.  It has a radiant effect and often seen as light yellow or golden.  

It extends from the body approximately four to eight inches.  The mental body is connected to the third chakra; our consciousness, ideas, logical processes, belief systems, thoughts and intellect.  The mental health and issues of the individual are within this layer.

Dysfunction within this auric layer may have some type of darkened, discolored, smeared or streaked colors. They are not easily seen because of the radiant effect of the light yellow or golden color.  The individuals prejudices, biases and misperceptions are within this layer.
