Reiki energy healing & balancing with sound healing

Reiki healing is dated back to at least 2500 yrs old. The practice of channeling in universal Divine energy to heal and empower. Sound healing, which is an ancient healing technique that uses tonal frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibration balance and harmony. Combining these two is a multi level healing session that creates a deep relaxing and peaceful experience. It assists in activating the deepest level of healing and empowering.

In this session I begin by consulting with the client of any areas that may need more focus. These areas can be emotionally, physically or spiritually. Then begin by preparing the individual’s energy and aura for healing. Proceeding with the Reiki session. After the energy hands on healing, then begin the sound healing. I incorporate the use of Tibetan singing bowls that I have for each of the chakras and tuning forks. Followed with clearing the auric field and balancing the energy.

During the session I encourage the client to breath in through the nose positive energy and exhaling out through the mouth all negativity that is with in. Breathing into the emotions or sensations without attaching to them and releasing out through breath. Focusing on your breath as you allow them to pass. At the end of the session you will receive a information on what you can do during your healing journey.

The feedback that I receive from my clients say that it is like going into a state that you are not totally awake but not exactly asleep. Almost like a state of meditation. A place of peace and serenity. It is like you are feeling that you are floating and completely calm and at peace.
