Welcome to this month's issue of my newsletter!
Thank you all for subscribing to my newsletter and also for those that are wonderful clients, students and future ones. To show my

There are so many changes on the earth plane. It feels to most that the energy is so negative with the problems that people are facing and also
earth changes. The energies are more negative here then positive. How to cope with these changes is to make sure you are protecting and
healing yourself. Like the saying ‘check within’, make sure you do that regularly to see how you are doing. I am starting back up on my series of
clearing the aura field and energy protection. These are simple steps that work wonders if you believe in it.
Also, with the changes on the earth we are finding that manifestation is quicker. This is due to the energies or veils of the earth plane are more
thinner (to say it that way) with the other side ~ astral plane and beyond. You may notice more individuals are experiencing more psychic
phenomena and sensing more. This can be through dreams, seeing auras, communicating with spirits and more.
But also, keep in mind that our thoughts are also manifesting in a greater speed. If your thinking about things you want or don’t want ~ you may
notice that its coming back to you. For the good and bad. So if your projecting out that you are not good enough for a job, loan, or as a human
being that is what your projecting out to others and manifesting. Think positive about your self ~ affirmations are wonderful to do to assist in
this. Affirm to yourself that you are a wonderful being, beautiful, happy, joyous, a wonderful and caring friend, mate and etc. When you start
saying it and trusting within your own heart that you are ~ then you are that ~ which we all are and can be. If you do not think so, it maybe time
to start that journey of inner healing and loving yourself. Reiki level one is wonderful for starting that journey.

Continuing with my series that I started at the beginning of summer ~ this month I will discuss a cleansing technique and energy protection.
We all have noticed how much negativity is around us. If the negativity is from others, the places that we go to; work, shopping, going out and
about, tv, computers, things we read and etc. This negative energy can affect us and our energy field.
For example: If you are communicating with someone that is expressing their thoughts that are negative (anger, frustrated about something or
very upset) this could be directed to you or just relaying a problem that they are dealing with. During the encounter with this individual you may
feel uneasy, negative energy, heavy energy feeling around you or leave the person feeling miserable.
There are very easy ways that are simple for you to do to shield yourself from negativity from people, places and things. Most people start their
day off with a prayer, meditation and or shielding themselves before they start their day.
The main and important thing to remember is that in order for any form of energy protection to work, you must stay positive and not send out
negativity. Remember, how can the light of Divine, the universe, the angels and etc., protect you if you are doing harm with negativity. By being
negative even with your thoughts towards another, you will break down your protection. If you think its hard to control your negative
thoughts or actions, you need to check within your self and you maybe the one that is sending it out more than anyone else. The key is to check
within your self if you think its hard not to think negative. It takes more energy to do a negative thought or thing than to be positive. Positive
takes really no energy, its being present and being of the light. Remember that everything we send out negative will come back to use three and
fold ~ hard until will learn our own lesson. Positive energy or deeds come back ten and fold and bless us. Also, its like asking creator to protect
us, to keep us safe and then walk in front of a bus and stand there and get hit and wonder why we were not protected. You have to also do the
work to keep your self in a positive and safe place.
Remember you must stay positive also with any form of protection. Also to clarify a little bit more, someone that is sad, unhappy or etc is
carrying negative energy. Sadness, grief etc is not a positive energy. We all at one time or another have to deal within our own self these
emotions. So when I refer to blocking someone with negative energy its those that their intent is do you harm or send it to you intentionally.
For those that do healing work, deal with others in their own business etc or just trying to protect their home or sacred space, you may want to
not use the words protect me from negative energy or my space from negative energy. You and others may not be allowed in. We all carry
emotions and so do our guides of the light so you do not want to block someone or your self from communicating etc. Use the words ’anyone
that is sending ill intent or harm with negativity’ is a better way of making the statement.
Energy healing and clearing is done from the inside and out. Both should and must be done in order for a complete clearing and maintaining
protecting yourself and energy. When we clear the energy we can also at the same time protect the energy.
There are many ways to shield the energy with protection. It is important not to only shield in front of you but also your whole energy field ~
above you, below you, behind and your sides. That your entire being is shielded and protected.
Smudging your self with white sage. This is a very powerful way and easy. Click here to hear my audio on smudging yourself and your home. Its

Using mirrors as of form of energy protection
When I refer to mirrors I am referring to a mirror that is on an esoteric level. Its there but the human eye does not see it but its working on multi
dimensional levels including the physical/earth plane. The mirror is a two way mirror. That you look out of and view the world and others, but
you do not look into the mirror. Your intent with this mirror is that only love and light may enter this form of protection. That all negativity can
not enter. If you ever heard of someone say use mirrors or just put up a shield of protection, this is usually what they are referring to.
Someone one taught me this years ago and she said that as soon as she woke up and her feet hit the floor the tube of mirrors came up to protect
her throughout the entire day. Read more

The classic stone is usually a deep, brilliant red but can be found in shaded of pink or lavender. Rubies are found in the United States, India, and
Sri Lanka.
This stone promotes positive dreams and clear visualizations. It can also give the carrier strength in any conflicts. Also, protects against psychic
attacks. Ruby can assist in the healing of the heart from past relationships. This allows for a new relationship to enter when the person heals
the heart. Ruby can bring anger or negativity to the surface quickly. However, Ruby can also amplify positive energy, heightening whatever

Hot stone massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. They are often basalt, a black volcanic rock and river rock that
absorbs and retains heat well. It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The heat helps tight muscles release. It involves the application
of heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. Read

This sessions is designed for those that are seeking either a healing session and those that are unsure of which type they need or want. During
this session I use my intuitive and healing abilities to find which healing modality that I use is best suited for the individual. It can be a mixture of
the many different types of therapies that I do; Reiki, energy healing and balancing, chakra balancing, reading the aura and chakra centers,
breath therapy, CranioSacral therapy, meridian healing, visualization, aromatherapy, shiatsu and Qi Gong.

Healing is very much a holistic modality with the belief that health is not just being free of symptoms of disease, but includes the spiritual,
emotional, mental and physical harmony of the whole person. The healer acts as a channel for universal healing energies. The treatment is
performed clothed and is confidential at all times. The therapy is done by contact healing, sometimes called the laying on of hands, where the
healer works with their hands either on or near the person while working with the energy field of the client. Healing is a non-invasive therapy
with no harmful side effects. This form of healing helps increase relaxation and helps to decrease the stress response, which, in turn, promotes
positive changes in attitudes, behaviors, thoughts, and emotions. I will work with your energy field and chakra system to recognize the

This is a 1 1/2 hour session that will allow for healing, relaxation and balancing. This session consists of a therapeutic massage, the use of

Distant Healing
Distant healing has been used when a person is unable to attend in person a healing session. To schedule an appointment please contact me. This
is done on donation only.
CranioSacral Therapy SPECIAL 1 hour session $50.00 reg. 65.
This therapy is performed when the client is fully clothed. Using a light touch and generally no more than the weight of a nickel, the therapist
monitors the rhythm of the CranioSacral system to detect potential restrictions and imbalances. The therapist then uses delicate manual
techniques to release these problem areas and relieve undue pressure on the brain

Reflexology is a science which deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all of the glands,

Shiatsu
What is shiatsu? Shiatsu is a Japanese form of bodywork. The word shiatsu means "finger pressure", and shiatsu is sometimes described as a
finger pressure massage. The goal of Shiatsu is to restore the balance of energy in the body. The part of Shiatsu and acupuncture believe that
disease and physical infirmities are caused by imbalances or blockages in the flow of energy through the body. This energy is called “ki” which
flows through the body along meridians or energy channels. Practitioners strive for a balance between Yin (negative energy) and Yang (positive
energy) and attempt to determine where there may be a build up of energy or an energy deficiency. Either will cause problems. Read more

Animal spirits walk among use. Native American shamans are most commonly linked to using animal wisdom, but there are many other cultures
where it has been sacred. Celtics, Hawaiian/Polynesian, and Aboriginal tribes are a few other examples.
Everyone comes to this earth with one animal totem. This totem was chosen by you, when you wrote your life chart, to help you fulfill your life
themes. Your animal totem holds qualities and wisdom that will serve you throughout your life. However, you can call on different animals

What is your ascendant / rising sign
The ascendant is also referred to as the rising sign. It is in the first house of the astrological chart. This sign changes every two hours of the day.
When you have an astrology chart done, it is very important to know the exact time of birth to have it accurate. The houses do change by the
hour of the day, so to have the accurate time will give you more information on the chart. Even twins that are born within minutes can have two
different ascendants if the time of birth was on a changing time/sign. The Sun and Rising sign harmonize together to form the personality, with
the latter acting as the front door. The Moon sign is the other component of the three, but its influence is often hidden to others. The Sun is the
core self, taking action in the world, the Rising sign is the vehicle with which to do it.
Ascendant sign is the personality of the person. It is known to be more of the person than the sun sign. Your outer personality, disposition,

Meeting your spirit guides and angels

Orbit a few times. It is extremely important to re-balance, to ground your energy at the end of the CD. The second CD is the intermediate

clearing the aura field and energy protection. These are simple steps that work wonders if you believe in it.
Also, with the changes on the earth we are finding that manifestation is quicker. This is due to the energies or veils of the earth plane are more
thinner (to say it that way) with the other side ~ astral plane and beyond. You may notice more individuals are experiencing more psychic
phenomena and sensing more. This can be through dreams, seeing auras, communicating with spirits and more.
But also, keep in mind that our thoughts are also manifesting in a greater speed. If your thinking about things you want or don’t want ~ you may
notice that its coming back to you. For the good and bad. So if your projecting out that you are not good enough for a job, loan, or as a human
being that is what your projecting out to others and manifesting. Think positive about your self ~ affirmations are wonderful to do to assist in
this. Affirm to yourself that you are a wonderful being, beautiful, happy, joyous, a wonderful and caring friend, mate and etc. When you start
saying it and trusting within your own heart that you are ~ then you are that ~ which we all are and can be. If you do not think so, it maybe time
to start that journey of inner healing and loving yourself. Reiki level one is wonderful for starting that journey.

Continuing with my series that I started at the beginning of summer ~ this month I will discuss a cleansing technique and energy protection.
We all have noticed how much negativity is around us. If the negativity is from others, the places that we go to; work, shopping, going out and
about, tv, computers, things we read and etc. This negative energy can affect us and our energy field.
For example: If you are communicating with someone that is expressing their thoughts that are negative (anger, frustrated about something or
very upset) this could be directed to you or just relaying a problem that they are dealing with. During the encounter with this individual you may
feel uneasy, negative energy, heavy energy feeling around you or leave the person feeling miserable.
There are very easy ways that are simple for you to do to shield yourself from negativity from people, places and things. Most people start their
day off with a prayer, meditation and or shielding themselves before they start their day.
The main and important thing to remember is that in order for any form of energy protection to work, you must stay positive and not send out
negativity. Remember, how can the light of Divine, the universe, the angels and etc., protect you if you are doing harm with negativity. By being
negative even with your thoughts towards another, you will break down your protection. If you think its hard to control your negative
thoughts or actions, you need to check within your self and you maybe the one that is sending it out more than anyone else. The key is to check
within your self if you think its hard not to think negative. It takes more energy to do a negative thought or thing than to be positive. Positive
takes really no energy, its being present and being of the light. Remember that everything we send out negative will come back to use three and
fold ~ hard until will learn our own lesson. Positive energy or deeds come back ten and fold and bless us. Also, its like asking creator to protect
us, to keep us safe and then walk in front of a bus and stand there and get hit and wonder why we were not protected. You have to also do the
work to keep your self in a positive and safe place.
Remember you must stay positive also with any form of protection. Also to clarify a little bit more, someone that is sad, unhappy or etc is
carrying negative energy. Sadness, grief etc is not a positive energy. We all at one time or another have to deal within our own self these
emotions. So when I refer to blocking someone with negative energy its those that their intent is do you harm or send it to you intentionally.
For those that do healing work, deal with others in their own business etc or just trying to protect their home or sacred space, you may want to
not use the words protect me from negative energy or my space from negative energy. You and others may not be allowed in. We all carry
emotions and so do our guides of the light so you do not want to block someone or your self from communicating etc. Use the words ’anyone
that is sending ill intent or harm with negativity’ is a better way of making the statement.
Energy healing and clearing is done from the inside and out. Both should and must be done in order for a complete clearing and maintaining
protecting yourself and energy. When we clear the energy we can also at the same time protect the energy.
There are many ways to shield the energy with protection. It is important not to only shield in front of you but also your whole energy field ~
above you, below you, behind and your sides. That your entire being is shielded and protected.

Using mirrors as of form of energy protection
When I refer to mirrors I am referring to a mirror that is on an esoteric level. Its there but the human eye does not see it but its working on multi
dimensional levels including the physical/earth plane. The mirror is a two way mirror. That you look out of and view the world and others, but
you do not look into the mirror. Your intent with this mirror is that only love and light may enter this form of protection. That all negativity can
not enter. If you ever heard of someone say use mirrors or just put up a shield of protection, this is usually what they are referring to.
Someone one taught me this years ago and she said that as soon as she woke up and her feet hit the floor the tube of mirrors came up to protect
her throughout the entire day. Read more

The classic stone is usually a deep, brilliant red but can be found in shaded of pink or lavender. Rubies are found in the United States, India, and
Sri Lanka.
This stone promotes positive dreams and clear visualizations. It can also give the carrier strength in any conflicts. Also, protects against psychic
attacks. Ruby can assist in the healing of the heart from past relationships. This allows for a new relationship to enter when the person heals

Healing is very much a holistic modality with the belief that health is not just being free of symptoms of disease, but includes the spiritual,

This therapy is performed when the client is fully clothed. Using a light touch and generally no more than the weight of a nickel, the therapist

Shiatsu
What is shiatsu? Shiatsu is a Japanese form of bodywork. The word shiatsu means "finger pressure", and shiatsu is sometimes described as a
finger pressure massage. The goal of Shiatsu is to restore the balance of energy in the body. The part of Shiatsu and acupuncture believe that
disease and physical infirmities are caused by imbalances or blockages in the flow of energy through the body. This energy is called “ki” which
flows through the body along meridians or energy channels. Practitioners strive for a balance between Yin (negative energy) and Yang (positive
energy) and attempt to determine where there may be a build up of energy or an energy deficiency. Either will cause problems. Read more

Animal spirits walk among use. Native American shamans are most commonly linked to using animal wisdom, but there are many other cultures
where it has been sacred. Celtics, Hawaiian/Polynesian, and Aboriginal tribes are a few other examples.
Everyone comes to this earth with one animal totem. This totem was chosen by you, when you wrote your life chart, to help you fulfill your life
themes. Your animal totem holds qualities and wisdom that will serve you throughout your life. However, you can call on different animals
during certain periods of your life to help guide you through specific situations. Even if you do not call on them specifically, they will come to you

What is your ascendant / rising sign
The ascendant is also referred to as the rising sign. It is in the first house of the astrological chart. This sign changes every two hours of the day.
When you have an astrology chart done, it is very important to know the exact time of birth to have it accurate. The houses do change by the
hour of the day, so to have the accurate time will give you more information on the chart. Even twins that are born within minutes can have two
different ascendants if the time of birth was on a changing time/sign. The Sun and Rising sign harmonize together to form the personality, with
the latter acting as the front door. The Moon sign is the other component of the three, but its influence is often hidden to others. The Sun is the
core self, taking action in the world, the Rising sign is the vehicle with which to do it.
Ascendant sign is the personality of the person. It is known to be more of the person than the sun sign. Your outer personality, disposition,
