Welcome to this months issue of the newsletter!
Yes, I know that I am a little late on putting it out, but I will use the Mercury is in retrograde excuse.
The weather is getting warmer and time to get outside more. Take advantage of connecting with nature
and renewing your energy during this time. It can be grounding or getting a little sun to enhance your aura
field. Gardening can be a great way to reconnect, heal and raise your energy vibrations.
When was the last time you got in touch with your sacral center? The sacral is our creativity center and a
power center. This is where our inner child is that can affect us positively or negatively in our adult daily
life. Through meditation you can go within and visualize yourself with your inner child. By hugging and
loving, giving positive words of encouragement can be just what it needs to enhance your life. Also, the use
of the crystal carnelian agate is a excellent stone to use to heal this energy center.

massage. Most of my clients will either have (for example) 1 hr massage and maybe 15 minutes during or
at the end of the session one of my specialties or 1 ½ hr massage and use the ½ for one of the
specialties.
When you receive a massage from me I do use hot stones on the back. This allows for more deep relaxation
and releasing the muscles.
In my session I do adjust the pressure according to your comfort level and needs. I am a very strong
pressure therapist when needed to assist in repairing the muscles.
Please arrive about 10 to 15 minutes before the session to make sure that you are on time. First time
clients will need to fill out an intake form. I can email it to you to save time. You will then just need to
print it out and bring it to the session.
Payment is due at the end of the session ~ I do not bill for my services. I do accept cash or local checks.
If you wish to pay via debt or credit card ~ I do accept it on my website via paypal ~ will need to be done
prior to session that day.

Readings that are 30 minutes or more receive a free natal/birth astrology chart.
If you would like a discount for a reading and already a client ~ just refer someone to me to receive a
reading. Once they do ~ or ~ if they come with you for a session, you will receive $10 off your next

Payment is due at the end of the session ~ I do not bill for my services. I do accept cash or local checks
in person. If you wish to pay via debt or credit card ~ I do accept it on my website via paypal ~ will need

This review class is for the students that have taken my level one class or the other levels. It is perfect for

Animal spirits walk among use. Native American shamans are most commonly linked to using animal wisdom,
but there are many other cultures where it has been sacred. Celtics, Hawaiian/Polynesian, and Aboriginal
tribes are a few other examples.
Everyone comes to this earth with one animal totem. This totem was chosen by you, when you wrote your
life chart, to help you fulfill your life themes. Your animal totem holds qualities and wisdom that will serve
you throughout your life. However, you can call on different animals during certain periods of your life to
help guide you through specific situations. Even if you do not call on them specifically, they will come to you
when needed.
The easiest way to connect with your personal power animal is through meditation.
Most people that are here on earth have lost contact with their connection to the earth and the animal
kingdom. Animals have a much different consciousness than that of humans, and for many, are considered
lesser beings. It is believed that animals have souls, just as humans do. The souls continue to communicate
and impart their knowledge and love, after they have passed on. These souls are the animal spirit guides, or
called totems.
It is believed that each person has a number of animal spirits with them during different parts of their life.
Some come for a fleeting moment, while others remain for years, or a lifetime. We do not choose are
guides, they choose us.
Every animal Spirit/totem has its own medicine or power the is unique.
One of the ways to find out your totem is through being observant to signs. Some will appear around you
or even in your dream state. This is just a part of developing your own inner knowledge and spiritual
understanding.

Protection
The Animal totems are here to assist us with some powerful lessons that we maybe facing. They remind us
that we are only a small fraction of creation. Each part of creation has its own place in this whole make
up of the universe and world. All creatures have their own skills and wisdom.
Developing a connection with our totems takes time and patience. You do not have to be in direct physical
contact with the animal. But you can learn its traits, habits and skills. It is not an experience that you
meet them once and forget about them. But to have a deep connection and communicate and have a so
called relationship with them. The rewards can be understanding, love, light energy, skillful knowledge and
wisdom. But best of all, having a powerful spiritual friend that is there for you.
The animal totem can become a gateway to connecting with other Spirit guides. They will teach you how
to connect with other beings.
Communication with your spirit guide requires reverent respect and knowledge of the ways of the animal
guide. You must find ways to honor your spirit guide. The more importance you give to the spirit guide
the more they respond to you. A spirit guide is sensitive to moods, current events, and a persons path in
life.
Animal spirits often reveal themselves to us through our subconscious during sleep and meditation. During
these sessions, animals indicate valuable information about our past, present and future, as well as help us
with situations we are dealing with in our lives.
Animals also show themselves in our dreams and meditations to simply identify themselves as our spiritual
guide, and thus our animal totem. This requires us to pay attention, and learn more about what this animal
represents so that we can work with our animal totems. Animals tend to have a keener sense of purpose,
and instinct. These are valuable traits we can learn from them by asking for their guidance, and observing
their behaviors in our dreams and meditations.
Meditation is simply a state of conscious dreaming, so you can use the following steps to help in identifying
animal totems through both dreams and meditation.
About my meditation on Meeting your Animal Spirit / Totem
I begin on preparing you for the meditation on what you may see and how you maybe viewing things during
the meditation process. This includes talking about the totems and how to fully benefit from the
meditation process.
The meditation begins by guiding you through a deep state of meditation that completely relaxes you and
opens your intuitive side ( third eye). This process assists you in opening up to the other side and your
intuitive mind.
I Guide you through a meditation that assists you in finding out what is your totem(s). Some individuals
may have more than one. Listening to what the totem has to say; why they are with you, how they can
assist you and how to call upon them at different times. You will also feel their energy and experience their
power.
Ending the meditation by each sharing what they experienced. Everyone that attends receive a print out
sheet about the animal totems and what they mean.
Healing the chakra meditation is designed to go within each of the chakras and clear the blocks that can be
within. This is all part of self healing. Each chakra can have different negative blocks that are associated
with each chakra.
In this mediation I will be guiding you into deep relaxation techniques. Guiding you into each of the chakras
and going over a list of the blocks that can be within. Not everyone will have every block or negative thing
that is associated with that energy center but if it is in the chakra, usually it will present it self as a
energy for you to clear. I will go over the way you will be clearing the energy before we start the
meditation. At the ending of the meditation we will be enhancing the energy centers with positive light
energy.
This is a very powerful tool in self healing that I have done for years with many - and many have
experienced this wonderful healing experience.

and then some will go and come back and new ones may enter. This all depends on our path in our souls
life, what we are currently doing in life and the assistance that we need at a certain time. Also, the

Do you ever wonder who is with you? Who you are receiving your information from, if its from telepathic
or dreams, etc.? Through this guided imagery meditation I will be guiding you into a deep meditative state
to connect with those that are here to assist you in your life. If you have a question or would like
information from them, make sure you bring one with you. In the meditation you will ask them a question
and receive some form of an answer. You will also learn during the meditation how to contact them and
how to recognize and know that they are around you. Also, you will be guided to view what your higher
self looks like.
This class will help you when you do meditate to make that connection on your own. A brief channeled
message will be given to each that attends.
The mediation on past life gives contact to the memories of lives prior to this one. Each of us as a soul
have lived other lifetimes. This is what is called reincarnation. We reincarnate in order to learn more
emotions and experiences. During each lifetime we do experience different situations. It is how we handle
each of them that matters the most. We do carry over from past lifetime issues, meaning emotions and
situations that we need to still learn and heal from.
You may experience, as each are unique, learning lessons that your dealing with in this life time. Past life
journeys can be of different genders, ethnic origins and social status. Some that have done this with me
have even experienced lifetimes not even from this earth plane.
What you will experience during this time:
I start out by describing different things that you may experience while you are viewing your past life.
Then as it starts I will Guide you through steps into deep relaxation and opening your intuitive minds eye.
I Guide everyone to play detective through out their experience. I will Guide you to look for information;
dates, places, profession, your age, name, gender, people around you and much more.
During this time you will also meet with your Spirit guides to assist you in visiting your past life. You will
view your library of records of all your previous lifetimes.
After viewing the past life I will have you ask your Spirit guides to tell you what was the meaning of that
life time. (the theme) We will then move forward into this lifetime to find out future events. Then we
will visit our soul group, which will take you in between each lifetime.
After the mediation each shares their experience with each other. Everyone will receive a paper to write
down what they saw so that they remember.
What is Psychometry?
Have you ever touched someone or something and received images or thoughts in your mind immediately? If
you said yes, you have experienced this ability. It is the ability to interpreting the energy impression or
what some call vibrations from certain things.
Psychometry is also referred to as psychic touch. This ability is connected to clairsentience and
clairvoyance. The gift of clairsentience is one that we all have to some degree. It is the feelings that you
receive from others or things. The feelings of positive or negative from people or things. Such impressions
can be perceived as images, sounds, smells, tastes - even emotions.
Every object possesses vibrations that reflect its entire history. When you are open to sensing these
vibrations you can pick up on the objects past. Not only does it deal with receiving information of the past
but the present and future can also be revealed. This ability to places as well so that you can tune into
past events when you are receptive to the vibrations of the place. This ability is most often used in
missing person cases.
For example, a person who has psychometric abilities - a psychometrist - can hold an antique glove and be
able to tell something about the history of that glove, about the person who owned it, about the
experiences that person had while in the possession of that glove. The individual may be able to sense what
the person was like, what they did and even how they died. Perhaps most important, the person can sense
how the other person felt - the emotions of the person at a particular time. Emotions especially, it seems,
are most strongly recorded in the object. The individual may not be able to do this with all objects at all
times and, as with all psychic abilities, accuracy can vary, but the ability is available to the psychic.
Most teachers recommend this as the first step. This ability can be mastered within several months and
leads itself to a natural progression toward learning more challenging skills. The most important thing is
to be confident that you will gain accurate psychic impressions when you handle the object with practice.
It's also important not to try to figure out stereotypic histories of the object, not to analyze and
interpret your impressions to find if they make sense. It's better to simply observe all the impressions that
come into your mind and describe them without clinging to them and without trying to control them. Often
the most unexpected images are likely to be most correct.

to. Objects to bring would be jewelry, picture, letters and etc. Also, have objects that you know that may
have impressions/energies from another. You will also learn to feel crystals to experience their energy.
This is a class that all will be able to do hands on work and everyone must participate. This class is for all
levels to attend.

The meditation begins by guiding you through a deep state of meditation that completely relaxes you and
opens your intuitive side ( third eye). This process assists you in opening up to the other side and your
intuitive mind.
I Guide you through a meditation that assists you in finding out what is your totem(s). Some individuals
may have more than one. Listening to what the totem has to say; why they are with you, how they can
assist you and how to call upon them at different times. You will also feel their energy and experience their
power.
Ending the meditation by each sharing what they experienced. Everyone that attends receive a print out

Healing the chakra meditation is designed to go within each of the chakras and clear the blocks that can be
within. This is all part of self healing. Each chakra can have different negative blocks that are associated
with each chakra.
In this mediation I will be guiding you into deep relaxation techniques. Guiding you into each of the chakras
and going over a list of the blocks that can be within. Not everyone will have every block or negative thing
that is associated with that energy center but if it is in the chakra, usually it will present it self as a
energy for you to clear. I will go over the way you will be clearing the energy before we start the
meditation. At the ending of the meditation we will be enhancing the energy centers with positive light
energy.
This is a very powerful tool in self healing that I have done for years with many - and many have
experienced this wonderful healing experience.

Do you ever wonder who is with you? Who you are receiving your information from, if its from telepathic
or dreams, etc.? Through this guided imagery meditation I will be guiding you into a deep meditative state
to connect with those that are here to assist you in your life. If you have a question or would like

and receive some form of an answer. You will also learn during the meditation how to contact them and
how to recognize and know that they are around you. Also, you will be guided to view what your higher
self looks like.

The mediation on past life gives contact to the memories of lives prior to this one. Each of us as a soul
have lived other lifetimes. This is what is called reincarnation. We reincarnate in order to learn more
emotions and experiences. During each lifetime we do experience different situations. It is how we handle
each of them that matters the most. We do carry over from past lifetime issues, meaning emotions and
situations that we need to still learn and heal from.
You may experience, as each are unique, learning lessons that your dealing with in this life time. Past life
journeys can be of different genders, ethnic origins and social status. Some that have done this with me
have even experienced lifetimes not even from this earth plane.
What you will experience during this time:
I start out by describing different things that you may experience while you are viewing your past life.
Then as it starts I will Guide you through steps into deep relaxation and opening your intuitive minds eye.
I Guide everyone to play detective through out their experience. I will Guide you to look for information;
dates, places, profession, your age, name, gender, people around you and much more.
During this time you will also meet with your Spirit guides to assist you in visiting your past life. You will
view your library of records of all your previous lifetimes.

What is Psychometry?
Have you ever touched someone or something and received images or thoughts in your mind immediately? If
you said yes, you have experienced this ability. It is the ability to interpreting the energy impression or
what some call vibrations from certain things.
Psychometry is also referred to as psychic touch. This ability is connected to clairsentience and
clairvoyance. The gift of clairsentience is one that we all have to some degree. It is the feelings that you
receive from others or things. The feelings of positive or negative from people or things. Such impressions
can be perceived as images, sounds, smells, tastes - even emotions.
Every object possesses vibrations that reflect its entire history. When you are open to sensing these
vibrations you can pick up on the objects past. Not only does it deal with receiving information of the past
but the present and future can also be revealed. This ability to places as well so that you can tune into
past events when you are receptive to the vibrations of the place. This ability is most often used in
missing person cases.
For example, a person who has psychometric abilities - a psychometrist - can hold an antique glove and be
able to tell something about the history of that glove, about the person who owned it, about the
experiences that person had while in the possession of that glove. The individual may be able to sense what
the person was like, what they did and even how they died. Perhaps most important, the person can sense
how the other person felt - the emotions of the person at a particular time. Emotions especially, it seems,
are most strongly recorded in the object. The individual may not be able to do this with all objects at all
times and, as with all psychic abilities, accuracy can vary, but the ability is available to the psychic.
Most teachers recommend this as the first step. This ability can be mastered within several months and
leads itself to a natural progression toward learning more challenging skills. The most important thing is
to be confident that you will gain accurate psychic impressions when you handle the object with practice.
It's also important not to try to figure out stereotypic histories of the object, not to analyze and
interpret your impressions to find if they make sense. It's better to simply observe all the impressions that
come into your mind and describe them without clinging to them and without trying to control them. Often
the most unexpected images are likely to be most correct.
In this class we will experience:

Please bring in objects to the class for everyone explore with, but do not let anyone know whom they belong
to. Objects to bring would be jewelry, picture, letters and etc. Also, have objects that you know that may
have impressions/energies from another. You will also learn to feel crystals to experience their energy.
This is a class that all will be able to do hands on work and everyone must participate. This class is for all
levels to attend.
