Energy shifts here on the earth plane in 2009 and how to survive through this
process
During this time of the shifts of energy here on earth we all can relate to the turmoil’s that are going on. We
may even feel them within side of our own self. As this is also a part of the transition that we here on earth
are going through. You may experience a lot more of negativity around you. You may even see some come
out of your self at times. This is all part of you that needs to be healed. In order to be in the so called
survival for what is happening here on earth and for the event of 2012 we must change within ourselves on a
mind / body / Spirit level.
We have seen so much greed on this earth plane that has caused and cost so many people. Unfortunately, it
has cost and affected those that were not the greedy as the greed came from the financial businesses and
has affected so many. A true lesson on spiritual verses material. As those that relied on money and
material possessions to bring them happens, without they are not able to cope. Money and material
possessions will never give you happiness. It is only a tool to use here on earth and that is all it is. It should
never be a way to make you think you are a better soul than another. It never is. It is a major lesson that is
placed on souls here on earth. Our actions, words and deeds are more important. Because that is what we
take with us when we cross over. A older friend of mine from years back told her 80 year old brother that
was still working so hard to make more money, even though he did not need it. She told him ‘There is no
pockets in your coffin to take things with you’. Boy is that true - though he must have thought there was.
I was watching Oprah a few weeks back were she had Suzie Orman on the guru of finances. This women got
on her hands and knees to everyone that was watching. Her message was not to think of what you had and
lost but what you have now and appreciate it. It is the only way you will survive.
Besides the major earth changes here on earth and all the prophecies, there are many lessons that people
are experiencing. One of the major one is Material lesson. Which involves temptations, greed, harm, losses
etc. In the tarot cards the devil usually scares everyone the most. But it is nothing to do with demonic in
anyway, but material and everything here on earth that is tempting. Including our dark emotions of fears just
to name one.
We must have faith or gain faith during this time period. Find that inner peace within your self will allow
yourself to get strong and grow. It also can be a time for some soul searching and finding who it is that is you.
You may even be experiencing an inner house cleaning of things that do not serve you any more. This can
be blocks ~ emotions or situations that you have held on to and have not let go of. But the only way that you
can grow and be stronger is to LET GO. To heal inside. No longer hold on to these emotions and past
situations that have hurt you in some way as a security blanket. You must trust that it is not a security
blanket that you are holding onto but something that is so destructive within side of yourself. These blocks
can cause you to magnetize more situations and events of like the same or relate to the same to you again.
You must recognize why and what the lesson was why you were in that situation or lesson that happen. The
main thing is to realize is how did it make your stronger and wiser. What will you allow and the key word is
‘you’ allow in your life again or that ‘you’ will do again.
Once we surrender and let go of the blocks that are causing us pain and grief or any negative energy (yes,
sadness is negative not a positive), you and only you will allow more positive light to enter your life. This
can be done in many ways just by letting go, counseling, healing like Reiki or energy work and many other
things can assist you.
Not only are we holding negativity within side of us, but also on to people and things in our lives. I am sure
as I have and many others that I have spoken with have and are experiencing the same thing. You may have
friends or acquaintances that are not for your highest good. They maybe very negative towards you with
their words or even how they treat you. May be they are takers and not givers in a relationship of friends and
etc. Were you maybe there for them but when its time for you to need someone, they might not be. Or they
maybe very critical of you when they should be more constructive helping and hearing you. Remember, we
are known for who and what we are associated with. It can affect your energy and your daily life also.
You maybe asking the universe to send you a real true friend ~ could be kind, of like mind, caring and
positive. But until you let go or weed away from those that are not for your highest good how can the
universe send you what you need and asking for. If you are not ready to let go of that so called security
blanket. Same goes for relationships that we are involved in. I hear and probably you have to, if I had a
better guy / girl come along I would get ride of my boyfriend. You must clear your way and heal the areas
within your self and life before anyone of a higher good could come in. Remember like will attract like. If we
have low self worth and self esteem to keep someone in our life, then we need to heal and bring in self love
and self worth in order to hold onto and attract better in. Sometimes it’s the loneliness of being without that
frightens most. Still that is another issue of healing that would need to be addressed. ’Until you love
yourself, you can not truly love another’ When you have reached that goal love will flow to you
unconditionally.
Remember you must be true to yourself and feel good within your self without compromising your integrity
for anyone. Everyone may give their advise or opinion to you but you must trust your own self. Be strong
for yourself and those that count on you, like your family and children. Come into your own power and enjoy
life no matter what life has thrown at you at this moment.
Say to yourself ’I am blessed’ through out the day. Remember if we believe it, it shall be.
Some of the simplest ways to clear energy and to HELP you survive the energies here on earth that you are
experiencing is through grounding, energy protection, self healing - through Reiki, smudging with white sage
and positive thinking. I always say when negative thoughts come in, ‘ stomp your feet and demand ‘ this is
no longer allowed in my present or future’ its also your free will to allow thought patterns to come in, from
self or the universe.

Finding your personal year and the meaning of numbers
Every year you come into a different vibration - number that will reflect on the overview of the year for you.
Follow this easy way to find your personal year. It is an easy step by step process that will allow you to do
your own chart for yourself or others.
As well as individuals everybody and everything in the universe, moves in a definite cycle. At the end of a
year a new cycle
begins and each year has a different influence depending on one of the nine numbers it is reduced to.
Universal Year
You follow the calendar year from January to January. To find the universal year, you add the numbers of
the year and reduce these to a final single number.
Personal year
February is a 2 + 8 day + current year 2006/ 2+ 0 + 0+ 6 = 8 = 18/9 will be the personal year
Your personal year will give you an idea of the type of work you should do in the year to develop yourself
and make the most of your experiences. This will help you understand the direction your life lesson will take
you. You should evaluate the number with the pinnacle that you are under so as to understand and prepare
yourself for the demands of the personal year.
1’s - the situation is about to begin or in the beginning stages. Beginnings, initiation, change, and starting
something new.
2’s - Indicate a waiting period where there will be partial success, but more to be revealed later. It can also
indicate reconciliation, a reunion and or an element of surprise. Relating to others, partnership, duality,
choices, decisions, partnerships, communication, sharing, weighing or balancing, alternatives and
opportunities.
3’s - Indicate group activities or situations involving more than one person. It can also indicate delay, but
with the promise of success. Growth, multiplying, plans beginning to become real, creativity, syntheses,
self expression and collaboration.
4’s - Indicate fruition or the manifestation of an idea, along with the foundation or space where things can
grow. Stabilization, security, materialization, reality, situation is established, solid foundation and security.
5’s - Indicate change, challenge and fluctuation (lucky or unlucky) also material prosperity and spiritual
poverty, if not properly balanced or understood. Change, disruption, growth - producing but difficult because
the changes are not desired. Upsetting circumstances, disharmony, change, variety and insecurity.
6’s - Indicate adjustments in thoughts, attitudes or conditions. Also, represents the ability to transcend
difficulties. Harmony restored, balance, sharing, security, responsibility, home, work and stability.
7’s - Denote a period of introspection or solitude - also indicates un looked; for advantages or gain through
things that come unexpectedly. Success, retreat and a soul number. Victory concerning ideas or personal
ambitions, soul enfoldment,
reevaluation, deeper insight and a change of perspective.
8’s - a positive change of mind or status because the beneficial qualities of the number 8 are rarely diluted.
Success, financially or with power issues, control, dominion, balanced expression of power. Healing power,
power, control, organization and mastery of the situation.
9’s - Situations o r events are nearing completion or have just been completed and another plateau a waits.
Achievement, more on a personal level concerning goals, ideas, emotional, mental or spiritual matters.
Attainment and endings, fulfillment or completion of cycle.

When do you know it is time to smudge yourself and or your sacred space? Keeping yourself and your
space clear
of negative energy is very helpful to you. Answer the following questions - if you say yes to any of them,
smudging with white sage can be extremely helpful.
* When you are around other people that are negative, do you still feel the negativity that they projected off
of them on you when you are away from them or at home?

Aries
Your relationships with others will be the highlight of this month. They can be very inspiring for you. But be
cautious of those that you meet this month. It will be another month like last not to mix friendship with
money. There maybe some work place conflicts earlier this month. It would be your best be to use a low
profile during this time, especially around your supervisors or bosses.
Taurus
The patience that you have will serve you well again this month. But it will be a challenge at times to keep
from pushing forward with all the determination that your sign has for you. When Mars, which is the action
planet, will arrive in Taurus on the 31, just a day before Mercury goes direct. As both of these planets will
fuel your drive for the next month. You will feel as though your life has finally has began to move forward.
In your solar twelfth house, Venus will continue its slow transit through Aries. It assists you because of the
frustrating slow progress in some other areas of your life. It encourages you to take it easy and enjoy the
moment. Venus also assists those in relationship with some together time.
Gemini
You may also plan a summer trip with friends to an exotic destination. You may be planning a cruise as
Jupiter and Neptune in Aquarius in your ninth solar house. Try to avoid travel during the third week of this
month. Delays may be likely and a cancellation is possible.
During the last week of this month, Mars will be in Aries in your solar eleventh house. It will be a good time
for get together with friends. During the first week would not be advised for this. Because it could be costly
for you. Better to enjoy your home with loved ones and your own interests.
Cancer
This months highlight will be affect with Jupiter and Neptune will merge in Aquarius this year in your eight
house. It will affect your finances as it will bring in more finances but there is a chance for some losses. It
will all depend upon you how this will affect you. There maybe someone that will try to separate you from
your finances. This is caused from the Sun and Mercury as it clashes with Jupiter and Neptune. If anything
sounds too good to be true then it is. Any loans of money that you give out to others may never be repaid.
Career will be in your focus this month with the influence of Venus and Mars in Aries in your tenth house. To
make your mark in your career will be the best during the last week in May. Make sure that you give it your
all and aim for the highest. What you do this month, could bring a raise to you later throughout the year.
Leo
Friends will be highlighted this month. Also, relationships will be highlighted due to Jupiter and Neptune in
Aquarius in your solar seventh house. Use this time to put out your ideas to influence others, motivate
others and make great presentations.
You can also receive some financial backing on a project that you maybe doing. Make sure that you read all
small print on any thing or it will cost you more.
Virgo
Jupiter and Neptune will be in Aquarius in your solar sixth house this month. It will have an affect on you the
way you dream big and aim high in your career. Use this energy to do so. Also, you can motivate others for
reaching their goals in life.
It would be advised to be a little wary of a coworkers promises. Though it may be well intended, the chances
that it will be fulfilled are little.
Libra
This month should be very easy for you but of course for the retrograde. Relationships will benefit greatly
due to Venus and Mars in Aries in your solar seventh house. These two planets benefit anything from love to
any social events. If you are single, a new romanced may come in by the last week in May.
Scorpio
This month is a great month for socializing. Though at times you will be amazed and entertained and then
confused by some. Read between the lines of what others say to you. Make sure of any repairs needed in
your home to check references.
Mars in Aries in your solar sixth house thought the 30th. Make sure that you budget your time you may have
an increase work load.
Sagittarius
Jupiter and Neptune will be in Aquarius in your solar third house of communication. Try not to jump to
conclusions during this time. Also, don’t believe everything that you hear during this period. Some people
may be stretching the truth.
Venus and Mars in Aries in your solar fifth house highlights social life. The sun in your sign this month till the
19th will keep you busy at work.
Capricorn
Venus and Mars in Aries in your solar fourth house will highlight home improvements. Use this energy to do
what is needed to get things done around the home.
If single you may find a new relationship by the mid month.
Aquarius
This month will have you think that you need to be in a million places at once. Mars will be in Aries in your
solar third house. Venus will have you in the center of all action.
Pisces

Dreams
During a dream you may experience emotions. You can have feelings that it is happening to you at that
time. Have you ever woke and from a dream and were either crying or very happy and excited?
Through our dreams we do a lot of releasement. Our dreams can be situations that need to be healed from
our souls experience in our current lifetime and past lifetime. It also can show the things that need to be still
healed. Some of the dreams that we can have can be very emotional or traumatizing at times. This is a way
that we handle releasing. It can be things from a past life that need to be healed. I can be at times easier to
heal them during the dream state than having to actually deal with it in wakening hours. The event would not
just take how ever long you were asleep dreaming. It could in your real life take days or years to complete.
But our higher self may have chosen to heal it this way.
A lot of healing and releasing happens at this time. At times if it ever gets too much or too overwhelming you
can always ask divine to clear you of these records that need to be healed. Sometimes we do get them from
time to time. They do upset us and all you have to do is asked to be released from it.

New massage session offered ~ Lomi Lomi
Introductory special $65
Massage is one of the oldest and most powerful forms of healing. Lomi Lomi is one of the most profound
forms of massage. The word Lomi Lomi simply means massage. It is a unique healing massage derived
from the ancient Polynesians and more specifically the master healers of Hawaii.
To understand the depth of Lomi Lomi massage, it helps to have an understanding of the Hawaiian
philosophy called Huna, and how the philosophies of Huna relate to bodywork and healing.
A fundamental assumption of Huna is that everything seeks harmony and everything seeks love.How does
this relate to massage? Perhaps this can best be understood by one of the alternate names for Lomi Lomi,
and that is "Loving Hands" massage. The reason for this is that it works gently yet deeply into the muscles
with continuous, flowing strokes, totally nurturing the body and, enabling the recipient to relax, give in and
simply be. So whilst technique is an important part of the massage and associated healing, much of the work
is done by love, with the focus of the practitioner on the client being deep and complete, using loving hands
and a loving heart.
This flowing with total energy, using the long continuous, flowing strokes, combined with the very loving
touch, relaxes the entire being, assisting in a letting go of old beliefs, patterns and behaviours that cause
limitations and which are stored in the cells of our body. People generally think of memory, beliefs, our
"programming", as being stored in our head, in our brain. This is not the case, this memory and other
programming is in fact stored in all the cells of our body.
The Hawaiians look at things in terms of energy flow, following the idea that an idea or belief can block
energy flow as much as muscle tension can. Lomi Lomi helps release the blockages, whilst at the same time
giving the energy new direction. Thus Lomi Lomi is not just a physical experience; it also facilitates healing
on the mental, emotional and spiritual levels as well. The Hawaiians view all aspects of the body as one and
believe that the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual are all part of the "whole" self - when healing is
effected on one level, all levels are affected.
When harmony is lacking the effect is pain physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. Illness is a state of
tension, which leads to resistance which blocks energy movement. Lomi Lomi helps release this and
therefore facilitates the road to healing. On the physical level, through Lomi Lomi stress and tension are
relieved, blood and lymph flow assisted and the elimination of wastes and toxins stimulated.
So, what happens during a Lomi Lomi massage? How is it performed? A Lomi Lomi usually commences with
a stillness between the practitioner and client, often with the practitioners hands gently resting on the clients
back. In this stillness the practitioner will quietly say a blessing or prayer asking for whatever healing is
needed to take place during the massage. Alternatively or as well, the client may be asked to set their
intention for any healing they would like to receive. The massage therapist then works very intuitively with
the client. In this respect there is no set format or sequence for the massage and no two massages will ever
be identical.
The massage is given in fluid, rhythmic motion using the forearms as well as the hands. Some people have
described this as feeling like gentle waves moving over the body. Another feature is that different parts of
the body may be massaged at the same time, for example one arm or hand may be working on a shoulder
and the other hand may be working on the opposite hip. This assists the recipient in totally relaxing as it is
impossible or at least extremely difficult for the brain to focus on the two different areas at once. By not
working on areas in isolation a deep sense of balance and harmony is achieved. The priority is loving the
body, using intuition so the massage is just right for the client. The client on the table is not viewed as
someone to be fixed, but a being to be returned to harmony and balance. It is important to remember that the
practitioner does not heal but is the facilitator for the healing.
Under body and full body strokes also help to free the energy, make the body soft, promoting free and
abundant flow of life energy in the recipient. According to Huna philosophy, energy also gets blocked in the
joints. Gentle stretches of the body and gentle rotations of the joints are therefore also incorporated to assist
the release of tensions and assist the flow of energy, once again not forcing, but feeling the level of the
clients resistance or comfort.
The movements that are done through the treatment are all important to assisting the energy flow both within
the practitioner and recipient and helps keep the energy at a high level. This combined with breathing
techniques by the massage therapist are also important in assisting the energy flow. The sharing of the
breath, the essence of the Creator or universal energy, whatever name you like to give it, is an old Hawaiian
custom and greatly enhances the energy flow once again.
Because the practitioner works intuitively, a massage may be slow and very relaxing or at times it may be a
little faster and therefore more invigorating and enlivening to the body. Sometimes the recipient may
experience an emotional release as the massage can release and shift negative emotions, negative beliefs
and other "stuff" that has been stored in the cells of the body, with the healing effects of the massage
continuing long after the massage is over.
This really is one of the secrets of Lomi Lomi and to love and nurture the body as if it was your own. It is

Energy shifts here on the earth plane in 2009 and how to survive through this
process
During this time of the shifts of energy here on earth we all can relate to the turmoil’s that are going on. We
may even feel them within side of our own self. As this is also a part of the transition that we here on earth
are going through. You may experience a lot more of negativity around you. You may even see some come
out of your self at times. This is all part of you that needs to be healed. In order to be in the so called
survival for what is happening here on earth and for the event of 2012 we must change within ourselves on a
mind / body / Spirit level.
We have seen so much greed on this earth plane that has caused and cost so many people. Unfortunately, it
has cost and affected those that were not the greedy as the greed came from the financial businesses and
has affected so many. A true lesson on spiritual verses material. As those that relied on money and
material possessions to bring them happens, without they are not able to cope. Money and material
possessions will never give you happiness. It is only a tool to use here on earth and that is all it is. It should
never be a way to make you think you are a better soul than another. It never is. It is a major lesson that is
placed on souls here on earth. Our actions, words and deeds are more important. Because that is what we
take with us when we cross over. A older friend of mine from years back told her 80 year old brother that
was still working so hard to make more money, even though he did not need it. She told him ‘There is no
pockets in your coffin to take things with you’. Boy is that true - though he must have thought there was.
I was watching Oprah a few weeks back were she had Suzie Orman on the guru of finances. This women got
on her hands and knees to everyone that was watching. Her message was not to think of what you had and
lost but what you have now and appreciate it. It is the only way you will survive.
Besides the major earth changes here on earth and all the prophecies, there are many lessons that people
are experiencing. One of the major one is Material lesson. Which involves temptations, greed, harm, losses
etc. In the tarot cards the devil usually scares everyone the most. But it is nothing to do with demonic in
anyway, but material and everything here on earth that is tempting. Including our dark emotions of fears just
to name one.
We must have faith or gain faith during this time period. Find that inner peace within your self will allow
yourself to get strong and grow. It also can be a time for some soul searching and finding who it is that is you.
You may even be experiencing an inner house cleaning of things that do not serve you any more. This can
be blocks ~ emotions or situations that you have held on to and have not let go of. But the only way that you
can grow and be stronger is to LET GO. To heal inside. No longer hold on to these emotions and past
situations that have hurt you in some way as a security blanket. You must trust that it is not a security
blanket that you are holding onto but something that is so destructive within side of yourself. These blocks
can cause you to magnetize more situations and events of like the same or relate to the same to you again.
You must recognize why and what the lesson was why you were in that situation or lesson that happen. The
main thing is to realize is how did it make your stronger and wiser. What will you allow and the key word is
‘you’ allow in your life again or that ‘you’ will do again.
Once we surrender and let go of the blocks that are causing us pain and grief or any negative energy (yes,
sadness is negative not a positive), you and only you will allow more positive light to enter your life. This
can be done in many ways just by letting go, counseling, healing like Reiki or energy work and many other
things can assist you.
Not only are we holding negativity within side of us, but also on to people and things in our lives. I am sure
as I have and many others that I have spoken with have and are experiencing the same thing. You may have
friends or acquaintances that are not for your highest good. They maybe very negative towards you with
their words or even how they treat you. May be they are takers and not givers in a relationship of friends and
etc. Were you maybe there for them but when its time for you to need someone, they might not be. Or they
maybe very critical of you when they should be more constructive helping and hearing you. Remember, we
are known for who and what we are associated with. It can affect your energy and your daily life also.
You maybe asking the universe to send you a real true friend ~ could be kind, of like mind, caring and
positive. But until you let go or weed away from those that are not for your highest good how can the
universe send you what you need and asking for. If you are not ready to let go of that so called security
blanket. Same goes for relationships that we are involved in. I hear and probably you have to, if I had a
better guy / girl come along I would get ride of my boyfriend. You must clear your way and heal the areas
within your self and life before anyone of a higher good could come in. Remember like will attract like. If we
have low self worth and self esteem to keep someone in our life, then we need to heal and bring in self love
and self worth in order to hold onto and attract better in. Sometimes it’s the loneliness of being without that
frightens most. Still that is another issue of healing that would need to be addressed. ’Until you love
yourself, you can not truly love another’ When you have reached that goal love will flow to you
unconditionally.
Remember you must be true to yourself and feel good within your self without compromising your integrity
for anyone. Everyone may give their advise or opinion to you but you must trust your own self. Be strong
for yourself and those that count on you, like your family and children. Come into your own power and enjoy
life no matter what life has thrown at you at this moment.
Say to yourself ’I am blessed’ through out the day. Remember if we believe it, it shall be.
Some of the simplest ways to clear energy and to HELP you survive the energies here on earth that you are
experiencing is through grounding, energy protection, self healing - through Reiki, smudging with white sage
and positive thinking. I always say when negative thoughts come in, ‘ stomp your feet and demand ‘ this is
no longer allowed in my present or future’ its also your free will to allow thought patterns to come in, from
self or the universe.

Finding your personal year and the meaning of numbers
Every year you come into a different vibration - number that will reflect on the overview of the year for you.
Follow this easy way to find your personal year. It is an easy step by step process that will allow you to do
your own chart for yourself or others.
As well as individuals everybody and everything in the universe, moves in a definite cycle. At the end of a
year a new cycle
begins and each year has a different influence depending on one of the nine numbers it is reduced to.
Universal Year
You follow the calendar year from January to January. To find the universal year, you add the numbers of
the year and reduce these to a final single number.
Personal year
February is a 2 + 8 day + current year 2006/ 2+ 0 + 0+ 6 = 8 = 18/9 will be the personal year
Your personal year will give you an idea of the type of work you should do in the year to develop yourself
and make the most of your experiences. This will help you understand the direction your life lesson will take
you. You should evaluate the number with the pinnacle that you are under so as to understand and prepare
yourself for the demands of the personal year.
1’s - the situation is about to begin or in the beginning stages. Beginnings, initiation, change, and starting
something new.
2’s - Indicate a waiting period where there will be partial success, but more to be revealed later. It can also
indicate reconciliation, a reunion and or an element of surprise. Relating to others, partnership, duality,
choices, decisions, partnerships, communication, sharing, weighing or balancing, alternatives and
opportunities.
3’s - Indicate group activities or situations involving more than one person. It can also indicate delay, but
with the promise of success. Growth, multiplying, plans beginning to become real, creativity, syntheses,
self expression and collaboration.
4’s - Indicate fruition or the manifestation of an idea, along with the foundation or space where things can
grow. Stabilization, security, materialization, reality, situation is established, solid foundation and security.
5’s - Indicate change, challenge and fluctuation (lucky or unlucky) also material prosperity and spiritual
poverty, if not properly balanced or understood. Change, disruption, growth - producing but difficult because
the changes are not desired. Upsetting circumstances, disharmony, change, variety and insecurity.
6’s - Indicate adjustments in thoughts, attitudes or conditions. Also, represents the ability to transcend
difficulties. Harmony restored, balance, sharing, security, responsibility, home, work and stability.
7’s - Denote a period of introspection or solitude - also indicates un looked; for advantages or gain through
things that come unexpectedly. Success, retreat and a soul number. Victory concerning ideas or personal
ambitions, soul enfoldment,
reevaluation, deeper insight and a change of perspective.
8’s - a positive change of mind or status because the beneficial qualities of the number 8 are rarely diluted.
Success, financially or with power issues, control, dominion, balanced expression of power. Healing power,
power, control, organization and mastery of the situation.
9’s - Situations o r events are nearing completion or have just been completed and another plateau a waits.
Achievement, more on a personal level concerning goals, ideas, emotional, mental or spiritual matters.
Attainment and endings, fulfillment or completion of cycle.

When do you know it is time to smudge yourself and or your sacred space? Keeping yourself and your
space clear
of negative energy is very helpful to you. Answer the following questions - if you say yes to any of them,
smudging with white sage can be extremely helpful.
* When you are around other people that are negative, do you still feel the negativity that they projected off
of them on you when you are away from them or at home?
* Has anyone come to your home that was very negative or when they left you still felt their presence and it
was not positive?
* Is there a lot of negativity in your work place and it affects you at home?
* Are you going through emotional time or a negative situation?
* Do you have disturbances your dreams like nightmares?
* Do you or anyone else dabble or engage in intuitive / psychic things in your home?
* Is there a lot of fighting or arguments in the home?
* Are you trying to do healing work on your self or for others?
These are some questions that if you say yes to you may find that smudging with white sage very beneficial.

Aries
Your relationships with others will be the highlight of this month. They can be very inspiring for you. But be
cautious of those that you meet this month. It will be another month like last not to mix friendship with
money. There maybe some work place conflicts earlier this month. It would be your best be to use a low
profile during this time, especially around your supervisors or bosses.
Taurus
The patience that you have will serve you well again this month. But it will be a challenge at times to keep
from pushing forward with all the determination that your sign has for you. When Mars, which is the action
planet, will arrive in Taurus on the 31, just a day before Mercury goes direct. As both of these planets will
fuel your drive for the next month. You will feel as though your life has finally has began to move forward.
In your solar twelfth house, Venus will continue its slow transit through Aries. It assists you because of the
frustrating slow progress in some other areas of your life. It encourages you to take it easy and enjoy the
moment. Venus also assists those in relationship with some together time.
Gemini
You may also plan a summer trip with friends to an exotic destination. You may be planning a cruise as
Jupiter and Neptune in Aquarius in your ninth solar house. Try to avoid travel during the third week of this
month. Delays may be likely and a cancellation is possible.
During the last week of this month, Mars will be in Aries in your solar eleventh house. It will be a good time
for get together with friends. During the first week would not be advised for this. Because it could be costly
for you. Better to enjoy your home with loved ones and your own interests.
Cancer
This months highlight will be affect with Jupiter and Neptune will merge in Aquarius this year in your eight
house. It will affect your finances as it will bring in more finances but there is a chance for some losses. It
will all depend upon you how this will affect you. There maybe someone that will try to separate you from
your finances. This is caused from the Sun and Mercury as it clashes with Jupiter and Neptune. If anything
sounds too good to be true then it is. Any loans of money that you give out to others may never be repaid.
Career will be in your focus this month with the influence of Venus and Mars in Aries in your tenth house. To
make your mark in your career will be the best during the last week in May. Make sure that you give it your
all and aim for the highest. What you do this month, could bring a raise to you later throughout the year.
Leo
Friends will be highlighted this month. Also, relationships will be highlighted due to Jupiter and Neptune in
Aquarius in your solar seventh house. Use this time to put out your ideas to influence others, motivate
others and make great presentations.
You can also receive some financial backing on a project that you maybe doing. Make sure that you read all
small print on any thing or it will cost you more.
Virgo
Jupiter and Neptune will be in Aquarius in your solar sixth house this month. It will have an affect on you the
way you dream big and aim high in your career. Use this energy to do so. Also, you can motivate others for
reaching their goals in life.
It would be advised to be a little wary of a coworkers promises. Though it may be well intended, the chances
that it will be fulfilled are little.
Libra
This month should be very easy for you but of course for the retrograde. Relationships will benefit greatly
due to Venus and Mars in Aries in your solar seventh house. These two planets benefit anything from love to
any social events. If you are single, a new romanced may come in by the last week in May.
Scorpio
This month is a great month for socializing. Though at times you will be amazed and entertained and then
confused by some. Read between the lines of what others say to you. Make sure of any repairs needed in
your home to check references.
Mars in Aries in your solar sixth house thought the 30th. Make sure that you budget your time you may have
an increase work load.
Sagittarius
Jupiter and Neptune will be in Aquarius in your solar third house of communication. Try not to jump to
conclusions during this time. Also, don’t believe everything that you hear during this period. Some people
may be stretching the truth.
Venus and Mars in Aries in your solar fifth house highlights social life. The sun in your sign this month till the
19th will keep you busy at work.
Capricorn
Venus and Mars in Aries in your solar fourth house will highlight home improvements. Use this energy to do
what is needed to get things done around the home.
If single you may find a new relationship by the mid month.
Aquarius
This month will have you think that you need to be in a million places at once. Mars will be in Aries in your
solar third house. Venus will have you in the center of all action.
Pisces
Jupiter and Neptune will be in Aquarius in your solar twelfth house for the second of three times this year.
This assists in inspire but also can confuse you at times. Watch your dreams as there can be important
messages for you. Be careful with people this month that seem to be supportive. Their motives maybe
different for what they seem to be.

Dreams
During a dream you may experience emotions. You can have feelings that it is happening to you at that
time. Have you ever woke and from a dream and were either crying or very happy and excited?
Through our dreams we do a lot of releasement. Our dreams can be situations that need to be healed from
our souls experience in our current lifetime and past lifetime. It also can show the things that need to be still
healed. Some of the dreams that we can have can be very emotional or traumatizing at times. This is a way
that we handle releasing. It can be things from a past life that need to be healed. I can be at times easier to
heal them during the dream state than having to actually deal with it in wakening hours. The event would not
just take how ever long you were asleep dreaming. It could in your real life take days or years to complete.
But our higher self may have chosen to heal it this way.
A lot of healing and releasing happens at this time. At times if it ever gets too much or too overwhelming you
can always ask divine to clear you of these records that need to be healed. Sometimes we do get them from
time to time. They do upset us and all you have to do is asked to be released from it.

the room or on the phone with you. Some individuals hear them by the thoughts that come through their
mind or the just feelings come through, as all psychics usually do. As with my gift, I also have that but have
been blessed with this wonderful gift.
In my sessions, the first things that come through is the information that I am receiving from those that are
with you. This is usually first from your spirit guides. They are there to guidance you and also to relate
important information that is happening to you that is most important and needs to be addressed first.

New massage session offered ~ Lomi Lomi
Introductory special $65
Massage is one of the oldest and most powerful forms of healing. Lomi Lomi is one of the most profound
forms of massage. The word Lomi Lomi simply means massage. It is a unique healing massage derived
from the ancient Polynesians and more specifically the master healers of Hawaii.
To understand the depth of Lomi Lomi massage, it helps to have an understanding of the Hawaiian
philosophy called Huna, and how the philosophies of Huna relate to bodywork and healing.
A fundamental assumption of Huna is that everything seeks harmony and everything seeks love.How does
this relate to massage? Perhaps this can best be understood by one of the alternate names for Lomi Lomi,
and that is "Loving Hands" massage. The reason for this is that it works gently yet deeply into the muscles
with continuous, flowing strokes, totally nurturing the body and, enabling the recipient to relax, give in and
simply be. So whilst technique is an important part of the massage and associated healing, much of the work
is done by love, with the focus of the practitioner on the client being deep and complete, using loving hands
and a loving heart.
This flowing with total energy, using the long continuous, flowing strokes, combined with the very loving
touch, relaxes the entire being, assisting in a letting go of old beliefs, patterns and behaviours that cause
limitations and which are stored in the cells of our body. People generally think of memory, beliefs, our
"programming", as being stored in our head, in our brain. This is not the case, this memory and other
programming is in fact stored in all the cells of our body.
The Hawaiians look at things in terms of energy flow, following the idea that an idea or belief can block
energy flow as much as muscle tension can. Lomi Lomi helps release the blockages, whilst at the same time
giving the energy new direction. Thus Lomi Lomi is not just a physical experience; it also facilitates healing
on the mental, emotional and spiritual levels as well. The Hawaiians view all aspects of the body as one and
believe that the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual are all part of the "whole" self - when healing is
effected on one level, all levels are affected.
When harmony is lacking the effect is pain physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. Illness is a state of
tension, which leads to resistance which blocks energy movement. Lomi Lomi helps release this and
therefore facilitates the road to healing. On the physical level, through Lomi Lomi stress and tension are
relieved, blood and lymph flow assisted and the elimination of wastes and toxins stimulated.
So, what happens during a Lomi Lomi massage? How is it performed? A Lomi Lomi usually commences with
a stillness between the practitioner and client, often with the practitioners hands gently resting on the clients
back. In this stillness the practitioner will quietly say a blessing or prayer asking for whatever healing is
needed to take place during the massage. Alternatively or as well, the client may be asked to set their
intention for any healing they would like to receive. The massage therapist then works very intuitively with
the client. In this respect there is no set format or sequence for the massage and no two massages will ever
be identical.
The massage is given in fluid, rhythmic motion using the forearms as well as the hands. Some people have
described this as feeling like gentle waves moving over the body. Another feature is that different parts of
the body may be massaged at the same time, for example one arm or hand may be working on a shoulder
and the other hand may be working on the opposite hip. This assists the recipient in totally relaxing as it is
impossible or at least extremely difficult for the brain to focus on the two different areas at once. By not
working on areas in isolation a deep sense of balance and harmony is achieved. The priority is loving the
body, using intuition so the massage is just right for the client. The client on the table is not viewed as
someone to be fixed, but a being to be returned to harmony and balance. It is important to remember that the
practitioner does not heal but is the facilitator for the healing.
Under body and full body strokes also help to free the energy, make the body soft, promoting free and
abundant flow of life energy in the recipient. According to Huna philosophy, energy also gets blocked in the
joints. Gentle stretches of the body and gentle rotations of the joints are therefore also incorporated to assist
the release of tensions and assist the flow of energy, once again not forcing, but feeling the level of the
clients resistance or comfort.
The movements that are done through the treatment are all important to assisting the energy flow both within
the practitioner and recipient and helps keep the energy at a high level. This combined with breathing
techniques by the massage therapist are also important in assisting the energy flow. The sharing of the
breath, the essence of the Creator or universal energy, whatever name you like to give it, is an old Hawaiian
custom and greatly enhances the energy flow once again.
Because the practitioner works intuitively, a massage may be slow and very relaxing or at times it may be a
little faster and therefore more invigorating and enlivening to the body. Sometimes the recipient may
experience an emotional release as the massage can release and shift negative emotions, negative beliefs
and other "stuff" that has been stored in the cells of the body, with the healing effects of the massage
continuing long after the massage is over.
This really is one of the secrets of Lomi Lomi and to love and nurture the body as if it was your own. It is
"The Loving Touch - a connection of heart, hands and soul with the Source of All Life!" Students of Lomi Lomi
learn to flow the love from the heart, through the hands, to connect with the soul of the one receiving the
massage. Healing is increased by love, love received and love given. In the Oxford Dictionary the definition
of love is fondness, a deep or passionate affection to someone or something - to the Hawaiians it is so much
more, it also includes tolerance, forgiveness, acceptance, non judgment, appreciation, compassion, respect
and so many other elements - this is the very foundation of a Lomi Lomi massage.
