Blessings to all with love and light!
Lets all bring in this new year of hope of prosperity and abundance of faith and positive things to
manifest for all of us. With all the economic problems out there, we must regain our faith that better
things are just up ahead. Look at how the gas prices came down. Back in the fall I wrote in the
newsletter for everyone to manifest the prices lowering, well it happened. Now lets manifest that
better things are ahead. Like peace in our earth plane. Pray that more positive energy is on the earth
plane.
I want to thank you for starting another year with me and my newsletter. If you could send me some

Manifesting for the New Year
We can manifest things that we want and desire in your life by many different ways. Here is an easy

Base Chakra
This month I will be starting my series in the upcoming newsletters on the chakra system.
I will be writing about:

This meditation is done with using one of the stones for this or another chakra. Lie down in a
comfortable position. Place the stone on top of the chakra.
Inhale deeply, and as you inhale imagine your breath coming up through the soles of your feet, and
filling your body as it rises to the top of your head. As you exhale imagine it traveling back down your
body and exiting through the soles of your feet.
After you've practiced this for a while you may want to visualize the color associated with each chakra
as the breath travels through the related part of the body.
If you are working on a particular chakra, you may want to create an affirmation related to it. For
example; for the base chakra affirmation could be "I am stable and secure." Repeat the affirmation to
yourself, visualize yourself flooded with the color red. Imagine yourself in stable and secure situations.
You can't overdo chakra balancing, and it's a relaxing and simple way to meditate. As you continue to
practice it you will find yourself more attuned to your subtle energies. You will become more aware of
imbalances before they express themselves physically.

Since we are dealing with the base chakra, as this is our connection with the earth plane, grounding is
a wonderful practice for everyone to stay clear of negative energy. By grounding it allows the person
to release freely. Also, it assists in healing by releasing negative energy through the feet channels.

Smudging is the use of white sage to remove negative energy from your home, sacred space and your
self. Using a smudging tool is part of many Native American traditions. The burning of herbs for
emotional, psychic, and spiritual purification is also common practice among many religious, healing,
and spiritual groups.

Dreams can happen when our subconscious brings us knowledge that can be suppressed by our
conscious mind. Those on the other side, like our guides and loved ones are also able to contact us
while we are dreaming as our material / earth plane desires are not as much the focus at that time. All
though if we are so consumed with the material/earth plane the dreams are not always remembered or
intuition is not as heightened.

- Chakra Balancing Meditation
This meditation is done with using one of the stones for this or another chakra. Lie down in a
