Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese word representing universal life energy. It aims to renew and refresh your energy
flow, encouraging healing and increasing your sense of well-being.
Healing is very much a holistic modality with the belief that health is not just being free of symptoms of disease, but
includes the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical harmony of the whole person. The healer acts as a channel for
universal healing energies.
Reiki is a very gentle spiritual treatment that should leave you feeling relaxed and calm. It is not a faith-based treatment,
however it is important that you are open and willing to receive and benefit from the treatment if you are going to get the

CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a very gentle, hands on manipulation that allows the therapist to access the core nervous system in
an unobtrusive manner. Inside the lining of the head is a membrane system, called the dura membrane system, which also
extends downward into the lining of the spinal cord and connects to the sacrum. Hence the name cranial for cranium and
sacrum for sacrum. Inside the lining of this membrane system, which is only about as thick as a newspaper on end, flows
the cerebral spinal fluid or csf. The motion of this fluid is able to be felt anywhere on the body. As I palpate, or listen to
your CranioSacral rhythm, I am able to tell where there are restrictions, or areas that are less mobile, and where the body is
more mobile and less restricted. As I listen at specific points on the body, I am drawn to areas that would like to be
released, or made less restricted or more mobile. I then use specific techniques which release restrictions and help bring the
body into greater balance. The CranioSacral therapy practitioner uses a light touch to assist the natural movement of fluid
within the CranioSacral system. Therapists generally use only 5 grams of pressure, roughly the weight of a nickel, to test for
restrictions in various parts of the CranioSacral system. The result is greater relaxation, more balance in mind and body,

Crystal ~ Reiki Energy Healing Session
Crystal Reiki Energy Healing Session is a wonderful way to receive the benefits of energy work and the powerful healing
benefits of the crystals. Laying on of stones is to release etheric, emotional, mental or spiritual blocks.
The main goal of this type of healing session is to restore wholeness, balance and health to emotions, mind and spirit as
well as the physical body. It is believed that the interaction between the stones and chakras will return the chakra into

Long Distant Healing
Now you can experience a healing session with me without even being present. The therapeutic and healing effects of
Reiki and energy healing is not limited to being only in person to receive the benefits.
Healing energies are channeled on a universal ~ spiritual level/plane. It is not subjected to time, space and limitations.
The energy will be received where it needs to go. Reiki practitioners are taught to heal for others that are absent in level
two. I am a Reiki Master/Teacher for almost twenty years and teaching, healing and assisting others to heal and grow
on a Mind / Body / Spirit level. Long distant healing can be done from a distant with the same beneficial, calming and re
