What is an Elixir and how do I make one?

An Elixir is a vibration remedy. Crystals vibrate at specific rates, by placing a crystal in a glass/bowl of
water, the water thereby takes on and holds the vibration of the crystal. You may use elixirs as a salve,
add a few drops to your bath, and in most cases can be taken internally. Elixirs are very cost effective as
the size of the crystal is not that important.

Start with a clean drinking glass or glass bowl with no patterns on it (do not use plastic) fill it with either
purified or distilled water (not mineral water) tap water will suffice if neither are available. Get your crystal
(must be natural, not cut and polished or tumbled) and put it in the water for a minimum of 4 hours (no
real maximum time) Once it is ready, you may put it into a small glass eye dropper bottle for easy storage
and portability. You may also use a 50% mix of vegetable glycerin or brandy to preserve it.

To use, shake the bottle and squirt on eye dropper into mouth and hold for long as possible before
swallowing. Do this 3 times a day. Alternatively, You can use it directly as a salve to the skin, even use
them in place of crystals in body layouts.

* please note that not all crystals are used to consume. Please do your own research on which crystals are
best to consume since some do contain minerals that are toxic or can do harm or cause imbalances if you
are taking any medications or any impairments that are happening to your health. Melody has a excellent
book on crystals that includes in each description which can be used as an elixir. When in doubt use to
place on chakra points or in your receiving hand (left palm hand) I feel is just as effective and the most
safest.
