| Welcome to April’s issue of my newsletter! This year is speeding by quickly, almost a quarter into the year. If you have any suggestions on topics or ideas to write, email them to me. Always looking for new ideas. With all the devastations that have been taking place on earth, earth disasters and economical hardships, we must try to find ways to bring more light into the earth plane and peace. I know it is hard at times not to think of the problems that is all around us but try to bring peace into your life. Through meditation is one way of spending as little as five minutes a day of surrounding yourself with light inside and out. Allowing your soul and mind to quite and surrender to love and light. You can also say affirmations and mantras a few times a day or more. When you say an affirmation or mantra, you radiate that vibration throughout the universe and earth plane it make it your reality. Some suggestions: ’My world around me is perfect, peaceful and positive’. ’Prosperity and abundance is flowing through me and all around me’. ’The world is positive, perfect and joyful’. ‘I choose love, joy and freedom, open my heart and allow wonderful things to flow into my life.’ Mantra ~ Om Mani Padme Hum Rough Translation: 'Om, salutations to The Jewel of Consciousness (the mind) which has reached the heart's lotus.' This mantra is practiced more than any other in the world. It is pre-eminent in producing a state of dynamic compassion in the sayer. Dynamic means that this compassion contains as part of it the ability to powerfully manifest in both subtle and obvious ways. One of the simple yet profound teachings which accompanies this mantra is the concept that when the mind and heart become united, anything is possible. The implications of this simple thought are staggering. If you want to change the world for the better, this mantra should be in your spiritual toolbox. Om Sri Maha Lakshmiyei Namaha (Swaha) pronounced: Om Shree Mah-ha Laksh-mee-yei Nahm-ah-ha(Swah-ha if over 28) This mantra is good to use when you are struggling financially. It is also good for bringing about spiritual abundance. Our prayers and thoughts of healing, compassion, peace, love and light is so needed at this time. We are more powerful than we give ourselves credit for with our minds and abilities that we have. In every thought that comes in our minds, we do send it out telepathically to the world and universe. Try spending at least five minutes of your day in prayer or thoughts of positive energy or healing for the world. This time can be spread out throughout the day. Remember what you put out into the universe comes back to you three times. The more positive you send out the more you will receive back. If you do healing / energy work, send distant healing to the world and mother earth. We as light workers are needed and should not be doing nothing to assist this earth plane. It is our part or obligation to assist in a positive way to be considered a light worker. Even if its you prayers, healing or positive energy, it is all needed at this time. Spend a little time each day to send the energy to the earth plane. A perfect time is if, as most light workers are, in the early morning hours that you maybe waking up. The energies on earth are more calm and a great time to send energy or prayers. Blessings to all with love and light!
