Welcome to March’s issue!
I hope that you enjoy this month's issue of my newsletter. This is my way that I do give back to the universe and
others ~ by teaching through my writings on ways to heal and grow on a mind / body / spirit level.
I added a new page to my website and need your assistance in it. What it is? I am looking for your response to
different things that can or could happen to you in regards to intuitive, spiritual, metaphysical and paranormal.
There are a number of questions and looking for your feedback on them. In return, this year I will be writing
about each to assist with giving information on these things. In return you will find out more about your

Winter is ending and spring is in the air. Well down here in Florida, we have not had winter, but warm weather as
most of the country is experience dramatic differences in climate changes. Not only are we affected by the
dramatic energy shifts happening but also so is mother earth. We are receiving disasters and economic issues
because of this. What can we do as light workers to assist in the shifts that are continuing to happen? By sending
the earth healing, love and light energy. Everyone can do it. You do not have to be a Reiki practitioner to send
healing.
Here is an exercise that I would like you to try. You will feel the chi energy move through you and out through
your hands. Now you are probably wondering how this is possible. We all channel chi / universal life force
energy; otherwise we would not be alive. It enters from the universe/Divine and enters our crown chakra.
Passes through our vessel and circulates, as it energies us. Our feet are channels that allow the chi energy to
exit. This is where we ground our energies and release negative energy. Through our hands is another channel
that we process out positive energy. It is said that we receive information or perceive information / energy
through our left and our right hand is our giving hand. However, when you are sending energy it sent with both.
Now take a minute and imagine this white / golden light entering above your head, into the crown chakra.
Circulating throughout your body, feeling the energy, power and warmth. Now feel the energy as it releases out
through the feet and connects with mother earth. (Have both feet on the ground) With your hands / palms facing
downward, (you can also place a plant in front of you) just allow this energy to flow freely out through your
hands. Not forcing the energy out, but allowing it to flow. You can feel your hands warming, tingling or a
sensation coming through.
That is all you need to do to send the earth healing, love and light. It is in your intent before you start to send
the mother earth this energy. This can be done outside or have a picture of the earth or a place that you would
like to send this positive energy to.
Start by being in a comfortable position. Surround yourself with white light. (Read more on protecting your
energy with the bubble of light). Take a few deep breaths in and out. Placing your palms towards where you
would like the energy to send. (if outside, direct it downward to the earth, to a tree or what ever comes to you ~
as this is your guidance speaking). You can spend a few minutes or up to an hour. After doing this a few times
you will have a knowing of when to stop. Usually it is a sensation that the energy is not flowing through your
hands anymore or just a feeling.

I am neither a fortune teller nor a typical “psychic” ~ as most do not like to use these titles as bad reputation with
them. Having a strong spiritual and mystical orientation, my intuition and guidance comes from her High Self and
"direct connection" with the Divine Consciousness, providing me with a highly expanded multi-dimensional

stores and some nationally well know chain stores even carry them. Essential oils do not have to be expensive.
The most expensive ones that you find would come from either organic grown plants or first press batches. Does
that mean that the second press or non organic is not good. The answer is no. It is just as good and some times

This meditation allows you to meet your Spirit Guides and Angles. We all have Spirit Guides and Angels that are
with us during each life time. Angels are assigned to us to guard, protect us, heal and teach us. Spirit Guides are
assigned to us to guidance us on our life journeys. Some stay with us for long periods of time and others are here
for short time lengths. They are souls that we have not been with in your current life time. But they can be part

This meditation allows you to meet your Spirit Guides and Angles. We all have Spirit Guides and Angels that are
with us during each life time. Angels are assigned to us to guard, protect us, heal and teach us. Spirit Guides are
assigned to us to guidance us on our life journeys. Some stay with us for long periods of time and others are here
for short time lengths. They are souls that we have not been with in your current life time. But they can be part
of past life times. They can teach us to heal, nurture, love, be creative and enjoy life while we are here. Each
guide has their own specialty that they have learned and assist us. You do not have to be studying or doing the
metaphysical/new age things to have guides - every one is born with them no matter what path you are on. The
key phrase is "to guide you on your path".
During this meditation you may ask your Spirit Guides and Angels for advice on present life situations. They will
also tell you why they are with you. You will find out their name that you can call them. Also, how to contact
them and know that they are around you.
Connecting with our guides, higher self and angels allows the person to find that special bond that is unique to
you and them. Everyone has Spirit guides and angels that are with us. Some will stay with us for life and then
some will go and come back and new ones may enter. This all depends on our path in our souls life, what we are
currently doing in life and the assistance that we need at a certain time. Also, the higher self is considered as our
own soul and also called higher conscience being.
Do you ever wonder who is with you? Who you are receiving your information from, if its from telepathic or
dreams, etc.? Through this guided imagery meditation I will be guiding you into a deep meditative state to
connect with those that are here to assist you in your life. If you have a question or would like information from
them, make sure you bring one with you. In the meditation you will ask them a question and receive some form
of an answer. You will also learn during the meditation how to contact them and how to recognize and know that
they are around you. Also, you will be guided to view what your higher self looks like.
This class will help you when you do meditate to make that connection on your own. A brief channeled message
will be given to each that attends. Class is 2 hours or more in length depending on attendance.

You do not have to do Reiki to attend. All different forms of healing work are accepted and even those that
would like to experience.
We will start out with a guided meditation on healing.
Then we will be doing group healing. If you have an extra table let me know, we may need more than one
depending on how many will be attending.

my sessions. When someone that you refer to my receives a session (first time / new client for me) then you will
receive $10 off you next session. If you refer someone that receives for the first time reading an hour session,
you will receive $15 off your next session with me.
I always ask when someone is scheduling an appointment for the first time 'how did you hear about me'. This is
the way that I find out if it was a referral or found me through an advertisement or on the web.
When they receive a paid session; reading, massage, healing or reiki class, I will email you or notify you that you
have that credit waiting for you. It can be used and you can accumulate more referrals for up to 6 months from
receiving it.
I do phone reading sessions, if you know of others out of state or country, this is a great way to get your
discounts.
When you come for a session and bring someone new with you, you can take your credit then.
Please note that the person you refer must first receive a paid session / class before the credit can be issued.
