I highly recommend this to everyone that wants to heal and empower their lives. The first step on your journey of healing. Reiki One is known as ‘Healer, heal thyself before you heal another’ You do not have to be doing healing work on others or plan on it to take this class. This is for empower yourself. You can do the healing work on your self or if you choose friends, family, animals and nature ~ the choice is up to you. The first level Reiki attunement stays with you for the rest of your life. You can tap into the energy when ever you need it - that is the blessing and gift that the universe gives us. In this class you will:
This is a full day class of learning and healing. Everyone that attends the class will be required to participate in the class activities. You will receive for attending: the first level attunement, a booklet on Reiki I that I made, a link to my web page for you to listen to ‘Reiki 1 guided self healing ~ guiding you into step by step hand placements, and a certificate of completion. I will provide a light lunch for all that attend, water and snacks.
Saturday, 26th 9 am till approx. 4 pm Cost $20 RSVP by 5/23 Location: Palmetto FL Reiki Students that have taken my classes in the past If you have taken Reiki classes from me - email me (unfortunately my newsletter service has in the past lost some of my information the name of the person for each email address and some that signed up without adding their names with the email addresses.) and also email me which level you took. I do have now a web page for each level so that you can review that level on the information that we discussed and learned in class. I will email you with that link. This is for those that have taken my Reiki classes one, two and or three. Please email me before the class to give me your email address and your name. Reiki I Review Please email me ahead of time any questions or things that you will want me to review during this time. I will take time to review your questions and answer them. Also, please have your booklet that you received from me to have in front of you. If you have Diane Steins book you can also have that in front of you to review the hand positions before we get started. During this time we will be reviewing: Grounding your energies Opening and closing the chakras Hand positions on your self - we will be doing a self healing on our selves. Reviewing any questions that you may have. Guided Imagery Meditation on Chakra healing Group healing **For those that only went through level one ~ that part of the class for those students will be complete. Continuing on for the other half of the class will be those that completed level two and master level students. Reiki II Review Please email me ahead of time any questions or things that you will want me to review during this time. I will take time to review your questions and answer them. Reviewing the three symbols (have your booklet out so that you will be know how to draw them in proper order) (also have scrap paper so that you can draw the symbols) Reviewing long distant healing; different ways and how to activate it. Bring a picture and another proxy (I have stuffed animals for everyone to use if need be) for distant healing. Meditation - same as going up to the mountain and reviewing the symbols as in class. But this time we will also ask our Reiki Master Guides what we need to heal within our selves to best benefit the Reiki energy that we channel. Microcosmic orbit Review on what to get ready for master level and to increase your vibration. Reviewing any questions that you may have from level two. **For those students that only took up to level 2, the class will be completed. The master level students will be staying for the rest of the class. Reiki III Reviewing any questions that you may have Going over the last of the symbols for master level Everyone gives each other attunements.

We all have Spirit Guides and Angels that are with us during each life time. Angels are assigned to us to guard, protect us, heal and teach us. Spirit Guides are assigned to us to guidance us on our life journeys. Some stay with us for long periods of time and others are here for short time lengths. They are souls that we have not been with in your current life time. But they can be part of past life times. They can teach us to heal, nurture, love, be creative and enjoy life while we are here. Each guide has their own specialty that they have learned and assist us. You do not have to be studying or doing the metaphysical/new age things to have guides - every one is born with them no matter what path you are on. The key phrase is "to guide you on your path". Actually there are a lot of them but you do not have to answer all but only what applies to you. This will assist me in my writings that I do. Click here to start answering the questions Let go, forgive and move forward ~ all the same and all will release you from the hurt and pain. Only you are keeping yourself from moving forward by hurting yourself with not letting go. Many will not forgive / let go because they believe they are allowing someone or something that has done them wrong a free pass to do it again or saying it was ok. You can forgive and let them go of the past to allow 'yourself' to move forward. They will deal with it with the universe and divine at some point and time. But it is not for us to stay with the energy of revenge, hate and hurt ~ which are all negative energy. You can not break yourself free from that energy until you completely let go. We only will end up hurting our own selves on some way; mind, body or spirit. When we let go and forgive, we allow better to come to us. Otherwise we are magnetizing / attracting somewhat or of the same situations and individuals to us, until we learn the lesson of moving on. Most importantly, forgive yourself for anything that you may have done, not done and said. We are 'our' own worst enemy at times. Also, there are some out there that will not forgive or let go that they have to keep on associating with or have to have association with that situation or individual. NO you do not have to ever associate with it again. Sometimes the person is in our lives as a relative or such that are around us. Limit your time and boundaries is so much important. You do not have to answer your phone or communicate with someone if you do not want to or give them too much. It is ok to say no but you must mean it and do it. There is a great book out called Boundaries, when to say yes and no by Dr. Cloud. This all deals with root / base chakra issues that are blocked. Now everyone ~ Breath in and out and in your prayers and or your minds eye say 'I release and forgive anyone or any situation from my past or present that has done me any harm or wrong. I release you with love and light. Please forgive me for anything that I may have done and anything that may have harmed or wrong another, from the past and present" Send it out to the universe so that everyone from past and present is free, including yourself. This is part of releasing and karmic freedom. But the main important thing is make sure you completely release the regrets, revenge, hate and hurt when it comes up or you still want to keep it. Otherwise you did not release your soul / yourself from it. You must want to fully release / surrender it to Spirit to heal and move forward. Always ask yourself when the thoughts or pain comes back up because you do not want to let go / forgive ~ 'Why do I want to punish my own self?' Remember until you completely let go, you will be taught more lessons of the same. We attract to us because of our emotions, energy and what we are doing in life. Like attracts like. The only way to move forward and attract better in is to heal and let go. Meditation is the practice of calming the mind and body to go inward. One of the main reasons to meditate is to find inner peace and develop our gifts and abilities. I will then email them information that will be needed on time and etc. About long distance healing Now you can experience a healing session with me without even being present. The therapeutic and healing effects of Reiki and energy healing is not limited to being only in person to receive the benefits. Healing energies are channeled on a universal ~ spiritual level/plane. It is not subjected to time, space and limitations. The energy will be received where it needs to go. Reiki practitioners are taught to heal for others that are absent in level two. I am a Reiki Master/Teacher for almost twenty years and teaching, healing and assisting others to heal and grow on a Mind / Body / Spirit level. Long distant healing can be done from a distant with the same beneficial, calming and re balancing energies that you would experience if you were in person. Distant healing maybe for you if: You live too far away to come in for a session. You are too sick or in too much pain to travel, hospitalized, or other reasons you can not travel. Your schedule is too busy. (I will ask that the healing comes to you as you lay down for the night. ) If you have a child under 18 yrs old that needs healing and they can not sit still through a session in person. Someone that is seeking ways to heal and transform those things that prevents them from expressing their true self. The feed back that I receive from my clients from healing sessions is that they still feel the healing energy and working with the channeled energy from 2 wks to up to a month from the session. It all will depend on your healing experience. The more a person lets go of emotions or situations that arise after a session (or were there before the session) the longer they can work with the energy ~ or to say, allow the energy to work with them. Preparation for a Distant Healing Session This session is the same as if you were to come and see me in person but you are not physically with me. When it is time for your session, it is preferable for the client to be able to during the time either to be relaxing, meditating, napping, right before sleep time, early in the morning before they awake or laying down during the session. We all experience hectic lives, if you are not able to do that at the scheduled time, that is fine too. I will ask that the healing comes to you as you lay down for the night. The energy will be sent to you and you will receive the benefit of it at a time that you are more relaxed. I will forward to you after the session certain things that may assist in the healing process after a session, just as you would receive from me verbally when you come to see me in person. During the healing session I use the following techniques: Reiki Scanning the layers of the auric field Clearing the auric field Balancing and clearing the chakras Running and clearing the meridians Removing stagnant energy Opening the crown chakra to allow for clear flow of chi Opening the feet chakra to allow for better connection with grounding CranioSacral Prayer work Each session is unique and offers exactly what the client needs at that time. When the session is activated and in progress, the client may feel sensations such as; pulsing, tingling, twitching, warmth, energy sensations, emotions surfacing and waves of energy just to name a few. | Welcome to this months issue of my newsletter ~ May is always the month to welcome in new beginnings. Spring is in the air and fresh starts. It is time everyone makes plans and do things that don’t involve so much time inside. This month we celebrate Mother’s day. If your mom is present or no longer with you, do something special for her. Not only does it keep the memory of her alive and brings happiness to your heart. Now if you refer someone to me for and they receive an hour reading ~ you will receive a $20 credit off your next session with me! If you refer anyone to me and they receive a session, you will receive $10 off your next session with me. You can have them accumalate for 6 months or redeem them sooner. I always ask when someone contacts me for the first time, how did you hear about me. This way I know if someone referred or was it from advertising. To be able to receive it, they must first receive a paid session. This can be a massage, healing, reading or a reiki class. If you, as a current client, bring someone with you to a session and they receive one (if they are a new client for me), then you can redeem your credit then. I do phone readings and long distant healing and have clients all over this country and the world.
